Introducing Our Littlest One

On October 2nd at 7:20 in the morning our family grew again as Eli Jacob was born into this world! He weighed 8lbs 2oz at birth and was 19 inches long.

We could not be more excited to finally have a chance to snuggle him and kiss his precious cheeks.  If we are going to be shocked by a complete surprise he is the best surprise we could ask for!

We have fallen in love for the third time…

Noah meeting Eli for the first time, he sure loves his little brother.  Ian on the other hand didn’t want anything to do with him, and 2 weeks later he still doesn’t want anything to do with him…

Noah sneaking a few hugs from his little brother.  I tell you this one adores him!

Ian was sitting on my lap and noticed Eli’s bassinet and quickly climbed into the bassinet, laid down and put the paci in his mouth.  He is not subtle about letting everyone know who the baby around here is!

We are so incredibly blessed to be given the gift of Eli! He is such a precious and sweet baby! Welcome to the world my precious Eli, we are so glad you are ours.

P.S. This one baby thing is a piece of cake….it’s the two toddlers you have to watch out for…

oh I am loving the newborn snuggles! And it is so nice to have a little one that stays where you put him! I love that I can set him down, step out of the room for a moment and come back to find him exactly where I left him. 🙂

Oh wow!!!! CONGRATULATIONS! So sorry I missed your big announcement! But your family is gorgeous, the baby is gorgeous, Ian is hilarious! (At least you are in no doubt to what he is feeling!) I’ll look forward to the next update! You are so right, it’s the toddlers who are more challenging in the early days! I can remember the three newborn triplets being a lot less stressful then the one two year old! And you have two toddlers. May God be with you!
